Applications for the 2021 heating season are still being accepted by the Access Community Action Agency. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all applications for energy assistance will be completed over the phone, and a list of required documentation will be mailed to the applicant who will have ten days to return the information to the Agency by mail, email, fax, or the designated drop box in Willimantic or Danielson. Program eligibility is determined by total household gross income and is available for all heated households using oil, kerosene, propane, wood, coal, electric, or natural gas heat, except motorhomes and campers.
